Using this site without missteps
The Label Paper website is operated by Astros Marketing (Pty) Ltd on behalf of the business based in Westmead, Pinetown. The site is intended for lawful business use by customers looking for self-adhesive label stock, thermal rolls and related supply services. You may browse product information, send an enquiry, and request support for printer fit checks, sample rolls or repeat order planning.
You must not use the site in a way that damages it, interferes with its operation, or attempts unauthorised access to systems, forms, data or communication channels. You may not use the site for unlawful conduct, misleading enquiries or any activity that places other users or the business at risk.
Product descriptions and technical fit
Product details on this site are prepared from general knowledge of label materials and thermal roll supply. Face stocks, adhesives, liners, core sizes and winding direction are described to help buyers match a roll to its intended use, but final suitability depends on the printer, application, storage conditions and handling method. A direct thermal roll uses heat-sensitive stock, while thermal transfer printing uses a ribbon with a suitable face stock and liner combination.
- Rolls may be supplied in different core sizes for benchtop and industrial printers.
- Printer fit depends on roll diameter, unwind direction and print method.
- Adhesive choice can vary for cartons, pouches, bottles and cold-chain use.
- Coastal humidity, heat and dust can affect storage and print performance.
We may assist with sample rolls, usage review and general printer compatibility guidance, but the customer remains responsible for confirming final fit before production use.
Enquiries, orders and planning
When you send an enquiry through the contact page, you confirm that the details supplied are accurate and that you are authorised to request information or place an order for your business. Any request for slitting, rewinding, core sizing, adhesive matching or roll length planning must be based on correct specifications, including printer model where relevant, label width, roll diameter, core size and application environment.
- We may ask for sample images, old roll dimensions or label artwork information.
- Custom supply is planned around the stated use, not assumed use.
- Order confirmation depends on final specification agreement and production capacity.
- Scheduled reorders should be checked against the last approved specification, especially after a printer change.
